John has experience in several roles including compliance, operations, key account management and business development. John has brought experience from working within a small specialist security management and consultancy business, and the largest UK security company, to help grow the business and improve governance and business approach
Kevin began his security career as a security officer over 30 years ago and has since proudly occupied senior positions in Human Resources, Operations, Commercial, and Business Development and has managed service delivery to high-profile retailers and corporate organizations across numerous disciplines and services in the UK. Kevin firmly believes that his success in the industry is due in no small part to his experiences as a security officer and truly understands the importance of providing support and welfare to all employees regardless of position
Rafaqat, an ACCA-certified accountant with MSc in Financial Management has vast experience in financial planning, risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. He monitors all the financial systems and policies and maintains the relationships with the financial team of the clients. Rafaqat is a strong believer in technology and automation in the finance function and since joining in 2018, has helped Bold in improving financial reporting standards, cash flow management, and value creation for our clients through the implementation of a smooth financial system.
With over 10 years of experience within the security sector, Owais has provided security service management to some of London's most iconic venues which include The Royal Albert Hall, O2 Arena, Wembley Stadium, Somerset House, and Alexandra Palace. Owais has a wealth of knowledge and experience in security management, mitigating security challenges, and tailored security solutions. He continues to effectively manage the team and promote the highest standards to all our officers.
Having a great thirst for knowledge and a genuine desire to meet people, Emily is a great example of our internal promotion and development of staff. Having joined as an administration assistant, and learnt all aspects of the business, she now ensures we maintain compliance with all legislative and industry standard requirements. Emily also oversees supply chain management for centralised functions such as IT, business premises management and fleet.
Having come from a security background, Hannah understands how important effective vetting is and continuously works hard to streamline Bold Security’s processes and procedures, in which she maintains success. Since joining Bold, Hannah has enrolled in her CIPD level 5 to enhance her knowledge and skills. She expresses that she is really enjoying the teachings of the course and is keen to implement her newly found knowledge within the company.
Rollo left Metropolitan Police Service in 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in the security industry. He’s currently editor of TPSO magazine, co-founder of the Guild of Security Industry Professionals, and co-chair of the security institute’s front-line operatives special interest group. IFSEC Global ranked him world #2 for security industry “thought leadership” in 2019, and he won the Security institute’s “George Van Schalkwyk” award, for outstanding contribution to the UK security industry.
Rav has worked in the security industry for nearly 18 years now and started his career as a corporate officer for a national company. Due to his hard work and dedication, he was soon moved into management roles and has been regional manager for various organizations. He joined Bold Security in 2018 and since then involved in various government sector contracts.
Muazzam completed his MBA in 2016 and has vast experience in the FM sector where his administration skills and experiences proved invaluable. Since joining as our Operations Support Manager in 2019 Muazzam has made huge contributions to all aspects of our operations and currently is leading a project with HMRC, part of a critical National Infrastructure.
